Zootopia OC

Zootopia has gotta be one of my all time favourite disney movies made, Its so intelligently written, full of wonderful characters and very relatable depictions of racial biases, prejudices, bigotry and racism. Judy Hopps is someone I aspire to be.

But anyway, here is my OC/Fursona for the movie;

After moving away from his dead end small town and lackluster home life in Nova Scotia, autistic Matt Elderberry went to Zootopia to finally be where he can be around people that appreciate his intellect and world views. Since he can't drive, the massive amount of public transportation is a nice bonus. He aspires to join the Zootopia Pride Parade and aid in the representation of asexuals. He has a close friend in the city that also has autism and shares many of the same interests with who has helped him write his first novel. 

He has a lot of stress trying to live in Zootopia. Trying to write more, trying to find a way to work in the entertainment industry to make his own television series and movies, trying to live a normal life, trying to not go broke, ect. Sometimes he goes to the Mystic Springs Oasis naturalist club to unwind and relax. But with the rising tides of anti-predator sentiment in Zootopia, he's been recently spammed with hate emails and hate tweets and he's finding it pretty overwhelming. He recently had gone to a doctor to request an larger dosage of his anti-anxiety medication.
